Siberian iris form elegant upright clumps of slender, arched, blue-green foliage that remains attractive all season. These easy and reliable plants are practically pest and disease free. A variety of flower colors are listed below. They thrive in full sun to partial shade and are not fussy as to their soil requirments. Ideal soil pH is from 6.5 to 7 and they can tolerate wet soil. Siberian Iris share their blooming period with the middle to late blooming peonies(mid to late June here in upper Michigan). They are easily grown in USDA Zones 3 through 9.
